3. OmniTRANS, the transport planning and modelling software - sole distributor for the Czech and Slovak republic.
PBAI Prague is a sole distributor of OmniTRANS, the macroscopic modelling software. The software is suitable for modelling traffic in a whole country, a city, a town or small area.
- OmniTRANS can assess all transport modes including cars, public transport, pedestrians, cyclists, etc,
- Can test various scenarios of transport demand and network provision,
- Offers an advanced graphical output,
- Helps display traffic bottlenecks and find optimal solutions,
- Can assess new developments and their impact on new/existing traffic network,
- Provides analysis and optimisation of variants.
4. Languages - We can provide all documentation, drawings and reports in Czech and/or English.
ROAD AND HIGHWAY DESIGN
We carry out road and highway designs for all project design stages, even with a technical feasibility assessment within the first design stages and also pre-negotiation with the relevant authorities.
As a main designer, we can provide coordination of all related project tasks (bridge structures, relaying of utility services, etc). Within these engineering tasks, we can pre-negotiate the appropriate solutions with relevant authorities and utility operators and incorporate their requirements into the design.
We can provide site supervision during the construction.

TRIP GENERATION MODEL
The trip generation model is used in the early design stages for estimating the future traffic load, parking demand and visitation generated by the new development. The enhanced model is based on past statistical data collected from similar developments.

The trip generation model calculates the following:
- The total traffic demand generated by the new development,
- Current parking demand,
- Traffic peak hour,
- Visitation of the development,
- Pattern of arrivals and departures,
- Two variants for weekdays and Saturdays
- The model can be applied for multi use developments.
