Site supervision and bank monitoring

	D8 Logistics Park Zdiby (Northpoint) - PBAI were appointed to provide technical project monitoring during construction of a logistics park located north of Prague. The assignment included regular control of quality, construction programme fulfilment and approval of contractor's invoices. The project includes development of four logistics halls (total GFA approx. 150,000 sqm), service roads, site infrastructure, etc. (2/2004 - ongoing, PINNACLE/HVB Bank-Unicredit Bank)
	D1 Logistics Park Kunice (Southpoint) - PBAI were appointed to provide technical project monitoring during construction of a logistics park located north of Prague. The assignment included regular control of quality, construction programme fulfilment and approval of contractor's invoices. The project includes development of four logistics halls (total GFA approx. 130,000 sqm), service roads, site infrastructure, etc. (10/2005 -ongoing, PINNACLE/HVB Bank-Unicredit Bank)
	Futurama Business Park, Prague - PBAI were appointed to provide a technical consultancy service regarding HVAC installations during the design and construction of a new office centre in Prague. The service included a review of the tender and construction documentation, regular inspection of installation works and approval of the materials and equipment used. The project includes five office buildings and one building accommodating a canteen, restaurant and retail units - total GFA approx. 43,000 sqm. (2/2008 -ongoing, Immorent)
	Nestlé Czech Republic, Prague - PBAI were appointed to provide a technical site inspector controlling the quality of plumbing, heating, cooling and air-conditioning installations during the construction of a representative office building - new head quarters of Nestle in the Czech Republic. (2005-2006, Archinvest s.r.o., Sekyra Group a.s., Metrostav a.s.)
	Charles Square Centre, Prague - PBAI Prague were commissioned by the developer Golub Europe to assist in all building services related matters. This involved detailed checking of the design, technical site supervision with a permanent on-site presence, monitoring of the design implementation, construction quality and progress.
