PBA International is a fully owned subsidiary and has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1998 under the name of PBA International Prague, spol. s r.o.

Libraries and schools

	National technical library, Prague - PBAI were appointed to prepare a complete heating, cooling and air-conditioning design during all phases of the project including supervision during the installation works on site. The unique design of the internal environment control exploits the advantages of the concrete core activation system (CCA) - heating/cooling plastic pipes installed between reinforcement of the floor slab structures. This is the first structure in Europe where the system was used in pre-stressed two way spanning slab structures. (6/2005 - ongoing, Helika/Sekyra Group)
	Library and information centre, Hradec Králové - PBAI were appointed to prepare a heating, cooling and air-conditioning design for a new library in Hradec Králové. The services provided included preparation of the building permit documentation, tender and construction documentation and monitoring of installation works on site. The unique design of the internal environment control exploits advantages of the concrete core activation system (CCA) - heating/cooling plastic pipes installed between reinforcement of floor slab structures. 	Technical university - information centre, Liberec - PBAI were appointed to prepare a heating, cooling and air-conditioning design for a new information centre in Liberec. The services provided included preparation of the building permit documentation, tender and construction documentation and monitoring of installation works on site. The unique design of the internal environment control exploits advantages of the concrete core activation system (CCA) - heating/cooling plastic pipes installed between reinforcement of floor slab structures. 	International School of Prague, Nebušice, Prague - PBAI were architectural, structural and M&E designers for an extension to the existing educational complex of one of Prague's most prestigious schools. (2000, International School of Prague)
	Primary school, Úvaly - PBAI were appointed to prepare a detailed construction design of heating and ventilation systems for a school extension including entrance lobby, canteen, kitchen, gym and classrooms. (2008, A.LT architekti)
