PBA International is a fully owned subsidiary and has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1998 under the name of PBA International Prague, spol. s r.o.

Industrial and logistics parks

	Pilsner Urquell, Pilsen - PBAI were appointed as a general designer for the new packaging facility for the Pilsner Urquell Brewery. The services included building permit design, preparation of the tender documentation and the detailed design of all M+E services. PBAI Prague was also responsible for the concept master planning of the brewery regarding the utility provisions and M+E services. (2006-2007, Aukett s.r.o/SAB Muller)
	Westpoint Ruzyně, Prague - PBAI were appointed to carry out an architectural, structural and M&E design for a staged refurbishment programme of a 50,000 sqm mixed use warehousing park in Prague. The work mainly included concept design for general upgrading and modernisation of the warehouses. (2002 - Europa Capital Partners)
