Peter Brett Associates are an established multidisciplinary consultancy with over 600 staff worldwide in offices across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. PBA International is a fully owned subsidiary and has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1998 under the name of PBA International Prague, spol. s r.o.

Apartment buildings

	Zelené Město development, Prague - The design of heating and ventilation systems for 28 apartment buildings and two eleven - storey towers accommodating nearly 1000 flats. Design responsibilities included all design stages from concept to construction, including site supervision. (2003-2008, Lighthouse Group a.s., CASUA s.r.o.)
	Bubeneč Lofts, Prague - The design of ventilation, heating and air-conditioning systems utilizing the advantages gained from concrete core activation. Design responsibilities included building permit, tender and construction stages. (2006-ongoing, John Eisler).
	Belarie Park Modřany, Prague - The design of ventilation and heating systems for two apartment buildings designed on a common garage substructure. Design responsibilities included the building permit documentation phase of the project. (2006, České nemovitosti a.s., Omicron-K)
	Kindergarten, Prague - The design of all building services and utilities relocations for three apartment buildings designed on a common substructure. Design responsibilities included the concept and planning permit design stages. (2007-ongoing, Baumschlag - Eberle GmbH, Rakousko)
	Jégeho alej, Bratislava - This project involved the design of heating, cooling and ventilation systems for the Jegeho alej mixed-use scheme in Bratislava. The development included flats and apartments, commercial areas, restaurants and garages. The development also included a 21-storey tower. Design responsibilities included the building permit and detailed construction design. (2004-2008, FINEP Jégého alej a.s., HELIKA, a.s.).
