PBA International is a fully owned subsidiary and has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1998 under the name of PBA International Prague, spol. s r.o.

Technical due diligence of buildings and plots

Our team of specialists have worked on a number of technical audit assignments throughout the Czech Republic and in Europe (e.g. Germany, Romania, The Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania and Slovakia). The audits included existing, new or planned office buildings, hotels, department stores, shopping malls, schools, warehousing sites etc. for prospective buyers/operators or sellers.
The audits include detailed technical assessment of the MEP installations, building connections, fire safety installations, transport solution, structural and architectural condition of each building as well as proposals for remedial actions with cost estimates. The service provided includes post-flooding remediation proposals, asbestos and environmental impact assessment as required by individual clients.
